BBBB - Reset to 100% speed

RYB - +5%
BYR - -5%
YYB - +10%
BYY - -10%
RRB - +25%
BRR - -25%

YYYR - Toogle Bot (another GH1 worldfirst?)

All other codes are identical to retail GH1.

The plus and minus codes do *not* play the cheat sound effect. Seemed to be
pretty annoying when it did play sounds.

As ported from GH2, the codes are capped to just under 600%. However,
from testing a song with the bot, it seems to wrap around at about 400% this
time.

This mod also has the VIDEOS folder removed, and thus is compatible with
tools like GSM that can force other video modes than NTSC.

Trippolette and Graveyard Shift are available without a cheat device.

These are the *only* changes. Thus, this disc *is* valid for FCs and
accomplishments.

Let me know if you find any glaring bugs. Otherwise, this is the final release
of GH1++.
